STO-IC Strength: Solo
While living in Mt Isa QLD and drawing inspiration from the work of Dr Layne Norton (@biolayne) and Louie Simmons (Westside Barbell) - Nicholas Farnsworth established the Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training System in 2018 to provide members of the local community with specialist strength and conditioning coaching for performance, physique development and injury rehabilitation.
After taking a job on the Sunshine Coast QLD as a strength and conditioning at a rugby league development program, Nicholas moved PHATS online to deliver progress to hard-working high-performers through online coaching and programming services that employ advanced strength, power and hypertrophy training principles, along with evidence-based performance nutrition and recovery protocols.
With a Bachelors in Education from the University of Queensland and certification through the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, Nicholas studied a Masters in High Performance Sport from the Australian Catholic University to broaden his understanding of exercise, nutrition and rehabilitation science.
